Dear Punggol owner, Have you been watching the news reports about prices in Sengkang and Punggol and a couple of the newer estates still with empty land available for HDB developments? Price in terms of COV are dropping across the board therefore if you are seriously considering to upgrade in this time and not considering so deep into the dollar and cents, perhaps we can escalate this discussion further. 4room HDB in Punggol typically should be commanding $430k upwards. The supply of resale 4room units in the market is definitely smaller than the 5I therefore price stability would likely be slightly more advantageous to you given that your pool of buyers will be bigger. Hi I am a firm believer of paying for performance. Think about it if I can help u to sell your unit at a price above market rate, won't the commission be already covered in the selling price ? Don't you agree that the marketing plan that the agent is providing is much more important than the commission payable to the agent? A lot will depend on the actual location of your unit, the renovation, which floor your unit is on.
