Hi,

If you are taking max bank loan, downpayment is 20%. For max hdb loan, downpayment is 10%.

Regardless of loan type, theres also approx 3% stamp duties and conveyancing+admin fees. For agent commission its typically 1%+GST. Theres also COV if price exceeds valuation.

BSD 3% - $5400 = S$15,600,
no ABSD for 1st property for SC
Total BSD + ABSD = S$15.6k (both BSD and ABSD can pay by CPF if there is sufficient fund)
