What is common room (not a bedroom?)

We are 65 years old retired couple looking for a place to stay for a month while visiting my mother who live with my brother & family in Lentor Grove. I am a Singaporean and my hubby Malaysian. My nephew is getting married this September. Can you accommodate? Aug 26-Sep 26. Thanks. We fly from Canada. We just need a place to sleep. Other times will be with Mom.

Hi,
Short-term rentals of less than 3 months are illegal in Singapore homes. Your best option would be to stay in serviced apartments or hotels.
