What I need to do? As I have problem with my pending buyer on my selling flat. He didn't complete our completion. So now, I do the re sale again as i already buy new flat, and also stock on it, I can pay all the expenses I did for my new flat, as I did renovation. And some of the expenses... So, whom I will claim all my lost? The buyer of my re sale flat, just disappeared and my agent as well. The hdb can't help as also to claim any single money... Thanks

Morning Mr. Hock,

Since your salesperson have left you, you can bring the issue up to CEA, indicating that your salesperson did not perform the necessary duty of care. As for your buyer, getting a lawyer to file for damages incurred, along with specific performance will be your best guide. The process might be lengthy, as per my experience, but that's your best way out.
