What are the procedures and documents needed if I were to sell my la casa unit?

Morning,
Firstly, depending on your purchase date, you will need to ensure that you are out of the SSD payment date. Secondly, you will need to check with the bank for any penalty for possible early repayment. Then getting a buyer for your unit by placing advertisement. With a secured buyer, OTP need to be inked. Payment like legal fee and agent commission is applicable.
