We would like to sell off our 5I HDB flat (Blk309,Canberra Rd,low floor,fully renovated, 2min walk to MRT)in open market (MOP in Mar 2016). However, due to divorce, HBD will review our request to sell before MOP.I want to check the following
1) What is the market rate now?
2) Any idea if the resale market will get better or continue to drop further
3) If we continue to retain the flat as the resale market is not doing well , will HDB fine us?
