Morning Sir/Mdm,

Basically for tenants who looks for landed homes in Bukit Timah area will be of quite a good status. Of course on our end as landlords, we can also have our own requirements on the type of profiles of tenants that we want for our house. Usually for rental of landed homes it is more commonly 2 years than 1 as they will have more things to move so they will wish to avoid this inconvenience if possible.

What I can suggest is that we can actually meet up for a discussion and we can see how we can help you for you rental. I work with my partner who is also my wife and we helped many of our landlords with their rentals and we often made it very hassle free for them. When we do the showings for the house, what we do is that we will also help to screen the tenants and recommend accordingly to the landlord. If we feel that the tenant may not be a good tenant, we will also reflect to the landlord accordingly and we may recommend to give those tenants a miss. As first time landlords, it is really important to note that some tenancies can really give us a bad headache and having the right peopler to do the job for you really does matters.

Looking forward to hear from you soon! Cheers!
