we thinking of buying an enbloc flat so as to get a replacement flat at our ideal area. my Q Is we ad 2nd timer for e NEW replacement flat, so do we ve to pay e LEVY of 40k(any interest incur?)- our cur & 1st hdb flat is a 4rm unit
