We own a EA at Taman Jurong , Blk 115 Ho Ching Road
Above 15 level with very nice unblock lake view and check the Jurong plan, we are just opp future hotel site at the lake side plan etc.
Would like to know how much we can sell as thinking to move nearer to my parents at hillview
It's a EA but when we reno our hse a year ago, we hack away a room next to the master bed room
Which mean we only have 3 bed rooms now but a very Huge master room...
Will it affect the value? Or can we sell at a higher price ?
My husband say he will only sell if it can hit above $650k
Isit possible?
