We own a corner 4-room flat presently. My neighbour is selling her 3-room flat just next to ours. Can we buy over her flat as well to make it a jumbo one? Thanks.

Afternoon Doris,

Under standard ruling, jumbo unit are the merger of 3 room flat to another 3 room flat. As your current unit is 4 room flat, you might need to write in to HDB, along with the conversion scheme application form, to check on the technical status.
