We just moved into a new condo in CBD and after signing all the papers we discovered that there is a fee to be paid for the barbecue and multipurpose room and it's quite a high fee. Nor our agent or the LL agent had informed us about this beforehand and one of the reasons we chose the building was for the facilities.
How can we solve the issue without having to pay a fortune every time we want to use them?
