We intend to buy a newly launch condo and we do not need a loan but an agent informed us that we still need a banker. Is it a requirement to have a banker in the process of signing option to purchase? Thanks

Evening Mrs Chia,

If you are sure that you are financially prudent, a banker is not required. Your lawyer will inform you of the necessary monies required, less the Option fee, during your period of exercising the Option.

Hi Mrs Chia

You do not need a banker at all nor apply any loan eligibility, if you are paying all by cash.

Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.
