We have signed up with an exclusive agent for the sale of a 3 room HDB in a matured estate. High floor, unblocked and rare corner unit. But for 3 weeks since advertised, there have been no inquiries and zero viewing. Is the market that bad, hungry ghost festival is not even here. What is the next step we should do to expedite the sale of the flat?

Good morning,

You might want to contact your exclusive agent and talk about the situation which he should have advised before signing the exclusive:

1) Is your asking price within the market rate?
2) Are there any ethnic restriction for your block?
3) Is the balance lease of your unit lease than 60 years?
4) Is there any upgrading cost that might deter prospective buyers?
5) Are there any money lender issues with your neighbor?
6) What have he done to advertise for your unit?

    2. Chinese 1st owner. All races can buy.

    4. Lift fully paid. HIP done but not billed. We r ok to give discount if it is PR buyer.
