We have signed an exclusive with an agent to market our property. We feel our agent is not doing enough to market our property since we grant full 2% comm.
Messages sent to my agent on updates of advertising are ignored. Must we wait 3 months to change agent?

You do not need to wait for 3 months to terminate the exclusive with your current agent. You can try to communicate with your agent and advice him on your intention either via email, text or written notice.
