We have a dispute with a small company developer amounting to $10k, every time we want to have a conversation to discuss the issue, the developer representative would lawyer up, threatening to terminate our agreement. The developer representative who keep changing never honor their words and would scream and shout at us unprofessionally .
Our CPF and bank have fully paid the developer and we have collected our keys , can the developer pull such stunts over minor things and take back the unit without reasonable mediation.
