We had signed 1 year contract effective from August 2021. We have follow the required regulation written in TA and had paid for stamp duty. After 5 months stay, landlord wanted us to pay extra for utilities bill on top of our monthly rental which is included utilities and wifi. Landlord refuse to show the utilities bill to us. In this case, landlord has the right to charges extra and change the clause in TA? Besides of this, landlord always shouted to us and talk bad about us to other people but avoid face to face to settle the problem or misunderstanding, can this considered as harassment? We seek for your advice. Thank you.
