We are HDB home owner (without any housing grant) since June 2011. However, we are planning to purchase a condo for investment soon. Are we eligible to purchase a condo without disposing our current HDB? Any criteria do we need to meet?

Hi WS,

First you have to fulfill the MOP of your flat.

If let's say you bought your unit in June 2011 (be it resale/ BTO), you are only allowed to purchase a private property only after June 2016.
