We are a SPR Couple who purchased a HDB Maisonette in late 2016. We are now planning to relocate to another country.

Given that MOP is not complete, what are the options we have to sell this HDB? Understand the unit cannot be rented out as well.

If we were to renounce our PR, can the unit be sold on open market? Or can it be sold only to HDB? If on open market, what is the process to follow? If to HDB, what is the procedure?
