Was thinking of selling my flat. But my tiles just popped and there is a big hole in my hall floor. Is it wise to replace the whole floor before selling? But this doesn't make sense to me as right after doing the whole floor, I will be selling the flat. Additional cost to me. Or should I just put up the flat as it is.

I have marketed similar unit as your where the flooring posted as an issue. However, there are buyers in the market would are looking at rework on the entire unit.
