Want to know if 1 room in suite at orchard or the cape at amber road is worth for investment?If my partner now newly moved in new hdb for 2 yrs, if he want to join in my investment in private property, as per hdb rule he has to wait for 3 more years.
If after 3 years, can i add in his name as joint owner?
Need to pay stamp duty of add in name or transfer of property? How much to pay for stamp duty or legal fee if add one name as joint owner? what will be the procedure? For investment which property mentioned is worth for investment for capital appreciation?
For apt rental, how much is the rental at orchard and amber road? Lots of houses coming up at parkway parade that side, will it be hard to get good rental income as lots of competition?
Both properties completed 2014 or 2015, would use my name to register first, then when final completion, may be my friend can buy private property after 5 yrs period, can add one name at that time?
