May I know based on what statistic did you derived that all seller agents are to have a ready pool of buyers for any single property? Similar to most property sales, we advertise for our client's property in search for interested buyers. Furthermore, under CEA ruling, agents are not allowed to represent both buyer and sellers, at the same time, within the same property transaction.
