URGENT - My agent just received a 1% payment for Option to Purchase from a buyer that will buy my private condominium unit. The condo is under both my wife's and my own name. We both live overseas. Only my wife can come to Singapore to do the selling transactions. How can this process be done without my being present in Singapore?
