The seller has issued the OTP for the resales HDB flat that I want to buy. I noted that the seller never complete the schedule to Clause 10.2 on movable property and fittings. The unit is already vacant so I am taking that whatever left behind will remain. The agent said the air con units will remain. I just like to confirm that that is the case. I have friends whose seller removed the air con units before passing over the keys. Is that legal?

You should state down the aircon in clause 10.2. Alternative, screenshot what the agent said as proof. If the seller removes it, it is wrong Read More
