The property prices going up soon???Should i just remove my unit for selling and wait for the price to increase?A report from another website indicates that prices are going up very soon as buying is strong and will be better and better in the next few months which will drives prices up plus especially in today friendly interest rate.The trend is changing,is it true?

It's definitely great to get a high selling price but from seller's point of view, the closing price can be better. With this mentality, when will the chase ever end?
