The maintenance fees for this devt is $54 per share (before GST)?!?! A 4-bedroom maintenance costs $404 after GST?!?! Why is this developer KINGSFORD charging SO MUCH? Other new developments are charging much lower ≤$300 for a 4 bedder. Really put people off.
