once more restrictions come, shoeboxes for some types and some areas might just shoot up... Also, when developers build lesser due to restriction in long term price might substain or even shoot up...

i have a unit for sales near mrt. Please let me know if you are interested. Rental yield is attractive around 5%.

It also depends on supply and demand and purpose...Also it depends on rental yield....

certain locations are not affected at all or that much... cheers...
