Sir,
I would like to know,, when you are looking at a property, how to guage whether or not the facilities are managed well. Where I live now, Simsville in Paya Lebar, the facilities may as well be public there are so many non residents using them (Many of them rude and disrespectful). I'd like to avoid that in the next place we live, as its very frustrating when the management takes no action on this issue. Please advise how to judge this when looking to rent (or buy).
