Dear Sir/Mdm,
The CPF that you have used to date plus the accrual interests will be refunded back to your OA account within 10 days from the sale completion of your property. The outstanding bank loan will also be deducted from your sale price with the balance being the sales proceeds.
If you are below the age of 55, you will be able to utilize the refunded amount and the amount in your OA to purchase another property.
