Dear Sir/Mdm,

For your case, the most important factor affecting the sale will definitely be the MOP period which you have mentioned that you have already fulfilled.

Basically other things that we need to look at will be what is your future plans after the sale of the property. If you are looking to purchase another property, then the next important things to take note will be our financial planning and also the timeline planning. Because if we are shifting to another property then we need to make sure that the timeline planned has to be meticulous so that we do not end up having no place to stay in the midst of everything.

What I would suggest is that we can probably meet up for a chat and we can take the opportunity to answer whatever questions of queries that you may have. You can also take this opportunity to see if you are comfortable with myself and my partner to handle your property for you. Basically we always tell clients that our property will most probably be the most expensive thing that we bought in our lives, so do not just leave it in the hands of anybody. Leave it with someone who really cares.

I have walked through the real estate journey of many people throughout my close to 10 years in this career. Together with my partner who is also my wife, we have made many friends which started out as just clients. We are very close to our clients even after transacting their properties and we are very proud to say that we have always placed their interests over ours.
