Sell and buy.
I currently would like to sell my one bedroom condo at balestier area and then buy a 4 room corner hdb flat.
1)How many months later will i be able to get the profit in order to have enough money for reno in the new place.
2) Hypothetically if i am able to transact my place at a ballpark figure of 700k, what are the list of payments i would have to return and be left with how much at the end as profit?
