Regarding the 25% payment upon TOP of a condo. If the developer obtained early TOP (eg. 9 months ahead of paper TOP date), is it mandatory that we have to collect the keys and made the 25% payment upon TOP being served to us or can we delay until the paper TOP date? Thanks.
