Recently, I came across this new EC going to be launched soon - Twin Fountains. I have fully paid my current HDB flat and am considering purchasing this newly launched EC.
Before proceeding further, I would like to find out the impact of the new cooling measures on my purchase of this unit in Twin Fountains.
(1) Is there any increased ABSD?
(2) Must I have a 3-generation family to be eligible to apply for the trio unit?
(3) Can the studio unit be rented out?
(4) Will there be higher Cash Down Payment and Tighter LTV (Loan-to-Value)?
