Qn(1): Is there any increased ABSD?

Ans: No, there is no increase in ABSD.

In fact, buyers of ECs are not affected by the ABSD segment of the latest cooling measures.

Buyers of ECs are subject to the present Stamp Duty which is 3% of purchase price - $5,400

Qn(2): Must I have a 3-generation family to be eligible to apply for the trio unit?

Ans: For Twin Fountains EC, buyers are NOT subjected to the multi-generation ruling of the latest cooling measures.

QN(3): Can the studio unit be rented out?

Ans: Yes, you may rent out the studio unit immediately upon taking possession of your unit after TOP.

QN(4): Will there be higher Cash Down Payment and Tighter LTV (Loan-to-Value)?

Ans: No, the donwnpayment portion maintains at 20% ( 5% cash, 15% cash and/or CPF).

The LTV maintains at up to 80% subject to your income level, present loans and credit assessment by the banks.
