Landlord unable to provide the request stated in the LOI and there is a clause in LOI, Lapse of Offer - Offer lapse within 3 days, deposit to be returned to the tenant.
TA has not been signed by either party as well. Therefore, if tenant decides not to rent anymore, will deposit be refunded to tenant ?
