Hi,

Queens Peak wins hands down in terms of location, whereas Clement Canopy have bigger room sizes. So it really depends on what are your priorities are.

In my opinion, there is no right and wrong. For me, between the 2, I would prefer Queens Peak for its location. It saves me traveling time everyday, a 10 minutes saved per trip means a minimum 20 mins per day, which translate to 7300 minutes a year. That's like 121 hours, or 5 days a year!!

End of the day, you make the right decision for the property that suits your needs best.

If you're looking for other options other than the 2, do get in touch with me to share with you another good buy in today's market.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you and your partner in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen

Hi I would like to recommend Queens Peak for its location and capital appreciation and potential rental yield.
It is the only URA-approved unit with the direct link through the bridge to Queenstown MRT. I have another unit in the surrounding which suits your requirement.
Feel free to call me at 90060409  .
