Q. A bought an house on basis of power of attorney and he had sold it to B on same basis of power of attorney, and now A and B both were died so how B's sons make this home registration to sold it out? Kindly suggest?

Evening,

Based on your enquiry, B is the current legal owner of the unit. If he is the sole owner and have a WILL drafted, it would be good to contact the lawyer to get the grant of probate. The administrator will do the necessary. If WILL was not drafted, you will need to engage a lawyer and work on the court order. If any contest takes place, court hearing and decision will be made by the judge.
