Please advise on selling condo unit , purchased this year, but intends to sell it ; understand about the selling stamp duty imposed, thanks, if possible to get a good price to offset the ssd?

Evening,

To sell your unit with one year of purchase, you need to market your unit at 24% of purchase price to break even. As per what Joel have said, it would be good if you can wait it out till you are into second year of purchase. With that, you can try to sell at 18 to 20% of purchase price to fulfill break even.
