You can probably be expecting a final selling price of $600k +/- subjective to various factors of your unit including PR and Ethnic quota, conditions and actual location just to name a few. Valuation of 1 unit in market according to my understanding is $558k while another unit is only looking to sell at $580k range inclusive COV.
