Planning to invest in commercial property bcos currently single and is joint tenant of a paid up HDB with parent.
What are the costs, rules and will it affect my chances of applying HDB bto in future?

Hi Lilian,

Purchasing of commercial properties will not reduce your chance of applying HDB unless there is living quarters within the property. The only thing which will affect you in your purchase of residential property in future will be the loan amount.
