You don't need to go to HDB HUB to register for sale of your flat. As long as you have met the MOP (5 years) and able to login into HDB website to register your intent to sell, then you are good to go!

Most of the hdb resale procedures are moving online. You only have to go hdb hub once at the completion appointment.

You will only need to attend the completion appointment at HDB hub if you are using a HDB lawyer for the sale. However, if you are using a private lawyer, theres no need to visit the HDB hub at all.
