NEED TO SELL MY APARTMENT.
And need to buy another (downgrade) to a unit that is $600k BELOW. Unfortunately I cannot BUY a HDB as much as I want to.
Husband is HDB owner - cannot remove his name as his Dad and siblings are not OK with that.
I am no longer with a job as I was made redundant.
I need a GOOD, HONEST, REPUTABLE PROPERTY AGENT - that's not OUT to just sell for comm's sake - but someone who can recognize that we need help to downgrade for the sake of our depleting financial situation.

Afternoon,

I would believe the first thing that we need to understand is how much is your property worth and how much you can get back after the sales.
Then we will need to understand which location have property that fits your budget and preference, without the need of getting mortgage loan.
When that is done, we will need to come to an understanding on the current market pricing and required timeline. All these have to be done with mutual understanding.
