My wife is pregnant and we would like to sell and move back to in-laws place so that baby can be taken care of. But my MoP is Feb 2013. Any kind advice on our chance to appeal and approve by HDB ?

Afternoon Sanrio,

I have experienced similar cases where the appeal went through as you are close to your MOP of 5 years. Write-in to HDB and reflect your case and situation to them. You might be called-in for a round or two of interview before getting the answers. All approvals are subject to HDB's review.
