My wife & I would be moving to Singapore on 1_May_15 and are looking for a nice accomodation for the next 2-3 years. Our requirements -
1. Close to Red or green line MRT station as my office would be in Raffles Place. Our home should be less than 5 min walk from MRT station. Office should be max 10-15 min by MRT.
2- Would like to stay close within accessible distance to veg food restaurants/ Indian restaurants.A bus stop nearby which can take us to Little India/other places should be ok too.
4. Grocery supermarkets should be close by preferably stockin veg food items, fruits, vegetables etc.
5. Apartment needs to have Living room +1 master bedroom+ 1 smaller bedroom (study or otherwise)+ 2 tiolets.2 required as we would be frequented by our parents/friends occasionally.
6. HDB or Condo is ok however it has to be newly renovated and fully furnished.
7. Nice view of city sea greenary is preferred.
Q: Which area should we stay in? Would a budget of SGD 3000-3500 be ok?
