My valuation for my flat at Tampines St21 mid floor with lift comes with $475k . I would like to ask for $530K , will there be asking too high ?

Afternoon,

I have sold 4 room flat in Tampines, upgrading not paid, corner unit, with valuation of $465k but closed at $525k.
It would all depends on your unit's facing, condition and area size.

Hi Mike , Main reason to sell is to help me gather some extra $ , if U are confidence to get me buyer on the selling price I asked for and can accept a slightly lower than 2% commssion ... may be we can share sometime to further discuss on the topic .
