My sister and I both Singaporean would like to purchase a condo. Current I am holding a 4 room hdb fully paid, she does not own any property currently. Can we co own the condo using cpf for loan repayment?

Yes provided cpf not used for other properties. Please check with the people below...

You might like a seaside project like pasir ris ripple bay. Very limited and exclusive and quiet and rare project. And reasonably priced. Full condo facilities. Also no need to wait ard 8years like ec then can sell for condo.
