My parent will be selling their 3 bed rooms condo and would like to downgrade to a studio apt after my youngest sis gets married next month.
However, he is having a dispute with the management office on the maintenance fee interest charged, can someone advice how we are able to settle this dispute if both parties cannot resolve it amicably, how many higher authority to go to for mediation?
