My mother is considering selling her terrace home which she bought about 20yrs ago. She had fully paid the house entirely with her CPF previously and had received the title deed.
So what will happened next if we ever decide to sell?
After getting the sales proceed, does she need to top up back the CPF?If yes, how much?
We are also thinking if we sell, where should we go to? HDB Maisonette in serangoon area how much is it going now?
If after selling, we have to fork out too much cash on another home or return CPF a huge amount. Then it may not be right to sell.
