My MOP will reached on 1st Dec. Should I start looking for an agent to sell my unit now? Or is it still early? How long does it take to fully sell off a unit and receiving all cash proceeds on average?

Afternoon Lim,

Getting someone to market your unit now is way too early. It might be good to start around end Dec to early Jan. From the point of submission to collection of cheque, it will take around 3 to 4 months.
