since your unit have 3 years MOP requirement, this would mean that you might have exercised your OTP before 29 Aug 2010. Given such a case, you are not liable for SSD.

Given the scenario you have painted, you will not be liable to pay any seller's stamp duty for the sale of your property as my fellow professionals have pointed out that the regulations do not apply in your case since you have purchased the unit before the introduction of these regulations.
