My landlord is holding me liable for some dents on vinyl flooring and some marks on the wall which i thought falls under the clause of reasonable fair wear and tear. It was a 2 year lease and now she wont give back the security deposit. Have done professional cleaning on the walls and buffing of the floor but some dents due to furniture couldnt be buffed out. Im scared the landlord want to replace the whole flooring and paint the whole house. Is this reasonable?
