Asked by
My husband and I are both in our 30s. We intend to sell our 5-rm Exec. HDB flat next February once our MOP is met. Will the net cash proceeds that we received be reduced by the current CPF requirement for an individual to have a Minimum Sum of $131K in their CPF account for retirement?
Pls advise. Thanks!

Hi Grace,

Typically, only the amount utilised through CPF for your instalment will be returned back into your CPF account with accrued interest. Remaining proceeds should be paid to you in cheque on final completion.

Should you need any assistance in marketing your unit, do take down my number and contact me accordingly.
